Conclusion

Now that you have completed your WebQuest, it is time to test it on the high seas!  Pilot your WebQuest with your own students.  Ask them to give you feedback as to how well the WebQuest helped them to understand the research process and the functions of their task.

Ask yourself :

1. Are my student learning outcomes as I expected?  Do the majority of them score high according to my rubric?
2. What can I add to my WebQuest to assure that more students succeed?

• More specific directions?
• More scaffolding tools? (templates, guides, glossary. graphic organizers)
• More or better web sites to help them along?
